Shannon Kellogg is our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her passion for long term care and rehab began in 1996. She has been proudly serving this center since 2005 as the Administrator. Shannon believes in always doing the right thing and hopes that she leads by example. She believes in working together and takes pride in the care that we provide. Shannon is realistic that things happen when people are involved so is a phone call away to listen anytime and help remedy any concerns. Shannon is proud to serve the Marion and the surrounding communities.
Hillary K. Suter, RN, Director of Nursing, is new to this position at Providence but is no stranger to long term care or Presidential Post Acute.
With over 15 years of medical field experience, she has worked through the ranks of nursing and health care in multiple settings. A graduate of Tri-Rivers, Hillary has earned both her LPN and RN. Prior to that she held a license as a patient care technician, emergency medical technician, and then paramedic. Her long term future goals include BSN and FNP.
Just out of high school, Hillary served in the U.S. Army with the 1486th Transportation Company, where she was a combat life saver and transportation specialist. During her tour overseas in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Hillary obtained skills, values and a sense of teamwork that she carries into her current role.
Hillary is the mother to two girls and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and spending time on the family farm.

Kristi Smith is the Social Services and Recreation Director at Presidential Post Acute. She began her journey with the company in 2004 as an STNA. She later became the Director of Recreation and just recently acquired the social services position as well.
Kristi has over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions.
Kristi graduated from Marion Technical College in 2018 with a dual associate degree with honors in human and social services as well as chemical dependency. In 2018 she began the path of obtaining her bachelors at The Ohio State University and will be graduating with honors in May 2020. Kristi is also continuously seeking to gain more skills and broaden her education. For instance, she is enrolled to start the master’s program at The Ohio State University in June 2020.
Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling. She has a life long passion to serve and work with others and looks forward to her future in Social Services.
Linda Dotson is our Certified Dietary Manager at Presidential Post Acute. Thirty one years ago she moved to Marion to be the Activity Director in this very same facility. Seven years later, Linda went to Columbus State to learn a new career as a Certified Dietary Manager. For the past 15 years, Linda has been with us as the manager of the Food & Nutrition Department at Presidential. She has a passion for good food and loves cooking from scratch both for herself and our residents, picking up the title “The Kitchen Goddess”. Linda enjoys watching the food channel on television, working outdoors, watching and going to sports.
Jennifer Hunter is the Director of Rehab at Presidential Post Acute. She is a PTA and has worked with the geriatric population since 2008 as well as managing the rehabilitation departments for over 10 years in acute, outpatient, and home health settings. She loves her job, the people she works with at the facility, and the residents that we care for. It’s like a large extended family. Jennifer has raised four sons (including twins) who she’s very proud of and has one wonderful grandson. Jennifer and her husband love to travel to warm places and working together on their large garden in the summer. Last summer she learned to do some canning. Jennifer says she looks forward to meeting you and your family to provide individualized therapy plans to meet your rehab needs.
Victoria Hoffman is the business office manager at Presidential Post Acute. Victoria joined the team in July 2014 as an STNA then receptionist and in 2016 was promoted to her current role. She is a resident of Marion County along with her husband and two daughters. As a family they enjoy going to sporting events, vacations and riding motorcycles. Victoria enjoys being able to interact with our residents while helping families manage the care of their loved ones.
